Yakisoba with Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g soba noodles
  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup grated carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • ¼ onion, cut into strips
  • 2 chopped green cabbage leaves
  • 6 tablespoons yakisoba sauce
  • Red ginger

Recipe for yakisoba with vegetables

  1. The first step is to cook the noodles, while you can prepare the vegetables that will be needed to create the dish. It’s easy, just follow the instructions on the packet of noodles you have chosen.
  2. The second step is to chop and dice all the vegetables. You can do this in small pieces or in strips, as you like. Start with the onion, to fry it.
  3. When you see that the onion is golden brown, add the other ingredients and stir well. Leave the vegetables for about 10 minutes so that they are well cooked and ready.
  4. Then strain and drain the noodles well. Once ready, mix the noodles with the stir-fried vegetables in the same pan. Cover with ¼ cup of water and cover the pan. Allow the water to cook on low heat.
  5. Once all the water has been consumed, add the yakisoba sauce and stir for the last time. Let the preparation cook for a few more minutes and divide the portions.
  6. Sprinkle the desired amount of red ginger over the portions.

Ready to eat!
