Once again this week we delve into oriental cuisine to prepare a light and appetising dish with surprising and very trendy flavours, such as yuzu juice, for example. This Japanese recipe is ideal as a main course for lunch and can be served with noodles. Would you like to find out how to cook it?
To make it, we need the following ingredients: 300 gr. of pork loin and a tablespoon of oil. For the soy sauce marinade: 200 ml of soy sauce, 50 ml of sake, 50 ml of mirin, 1 clove of garlic and 3 tablespoons of yuzu juice (new in our online shop). For the salad you will need: 200 g watercress, 1 medium-sized cucumber, partially peeled and thinly sliced, 1 packet of alfalfa sprouts and 8 vine dwarf tomatoes cut in half.
Next, we start cooking: first of all we must remove the meat from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before starting to cook it in order to bring it to room temperature. Then cut the loin in half (lengthwise) and heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the oil. Then brown the meat (turn and turn) and lower the heat to medium, cover the frying pan with a lid and leave to cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the soy marinade in a bowl. Immerse the meat in the marinade and leave it to marinate for at least 3 hours. After this time, cut the wolf into thin slices, place on top of the salad (or alternating with cucumber slices, as shown in the picture), dress with the marinade and serve. Ready to eat!
