Welcome once again to the Oriental Market blog. This time we bring you a special recipe, a fried rice with kimchi sauce. Fried rice is a typical dish in Chinese cuisine. Mainly, it is a cooked rice that is usually sautéed on high heat and quickly in a wok with vegetables such as Chinese onion, Chinese roots, egg omelette pieces, soy sauce, among many other ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1/2 onion
- 50 grams of peas
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of kimchi sauce
For this recipe we will use cooked rice from the day before, this step is very important because it will be the key for our fried rice to be perfect. To fry it we will use a wok, we will heat it until it smokes then we will add a little oil and the onion, we will sauté over high heat stirring constantly so that the onion does not burn, then we will add the peas, sauté for a few minutes, add the egg and stir. The egg must be completely cooked before adding the cooked rice.
Once you have added the rice, stir-fry it for a few minutes to allow it to cool, then add the kimchi sauce. Continue stir-frying for a few more minutes until the rice is loose and lightly toasted.
