Recipe for Mini chicken teriyaki skewers
Ingredients (serves 4)
Ingredients (for 4 people) for this delicious Japanese recipe: 200 g diced chicken breast, 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp sugar, 10 g chopped onion, ½ tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp Tamari, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp Mirin, 1 tbsp sesame oil, toasted black and white sesame seeds, ginger powder.
Preparation of the Japanese recipe
Mix the ingredients together and marinate the chicken cubes for approx. 1-2 hours.)
Thread the chicken and tomatoes onto skewers.
Cook on the grill.
Serving suggestion: serve with a portion of 60g. Per person of aromatic basmati or thai rice.

Premium sakes tasting
Last week we had the pleasure of sharing an exclusive tasting of premium sakes with chefs from restaurants all over Catalonia. A presentation led by Roger Ortuño, qualified Sake professional and author of ComerJapones.com and Antonio Campins, author of the book “Sake, the liquid silk”. Both presented Oriental Market’s collection of sakes and all those present were able to taste each of them together with Japanese dishes prepared by Chef Sebastián Merlet, Executive Chef of the Doble Zeroo restaurant in Barcelona (C/ Jaume Giralt 53). We have been waiting for this moment for a long time and finally the big day has arrived. It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to our new blog and new website. Because from this very moment, we are no longer Iberochina Group, we are Oriental Market.
